I am part of Mango Graphics, and I make banners!
We do not use any banner making site, but we use a very expensive, high quality program, produced for exactly these kind of thing!
We have made some very high quality banners so far.
For example (not the best we have made though) I have made a comic strip for howrse.niceboard.org. Just visit the creativity forum and click on comic strip official topic, and you will see it there!
Banners are 500e, but non-personalized ones are free!!
