Why are there multiple groups? Answer here!

Some of you have probably been asking,Why are their multiple of the same groups? Here is your answer:

The first moderator group (dark blue):

These moderators are qualified to handle major issues.Please refer to them if you have a major problem.

The second moderator group (indigo/purple):

These moderators are qualified to handle minor issues.Please refer to them if you have a minor problem.

The first Technician group (light blue):

These technicians are qualified to handle major issues.Please refer to them if you have a major technical problem.

The second Technician group (green):

These technicians are qualified to handle major issues.Please refer to them if you have a minor technical problem.

I'm sorry, but how can you tell?

Also thier usernames are in different colors

Hey I just edited it so they have the colours next to the groups. This should (hopefully) prevent more confusion

I guess I could alreayd tell which groups were which...

I prefer forums! (LOL, you can even make a pet site without pictures ON forums!)
